| | | | Smith Richards Inc. has just developed a Rack and Pinion Drive system. Our customer asked us to create a drive system that will push/pull their cargo tray 70%-80% out of an RV. With the Bi-Directional drive system we will be able to integrate a single unit into each cargo tray with limited storage loss and still drive loads in excess of 1000 lbs in/out either side of an RV. Additional applications for this mechanism include driving small slide outs or light duty lifting applications such as a flat panel LCD/Plasma Television. We define light duty as loads between 0 lbs and 110 lbs. |
